Refund policy

Cancellation of orders 48 hours prior to the delivery date - 10% of the total product price will be levied.
Cancellation of orders less than 48 hours to the delivery date - 50% of the total product price will be levied.

There will be no refunds if there is a non-delivery situation caused by the following below:

Given recipient contact and address is incorrect.
No recipient contact is provided, in addition to recipient not reachable nor located at the given address at the of delivery (No one to receive on behalf).
Recipient unreachable at the time or delivery (no one to receive on behalf)
Recipient refuse to accept the flowers.
